The Amazonas – Brasil Rugby League

Did you know that the Brazil Women’s Rugby League Team will be taking part in the Rugby League World Cup in England in November?
They are the first Latin American team to ever take part in this tournament.
Their nickname is Amazonas!

Yesterday the Amazonas became the first Latin American team to play in a Rugby League World Cup and Natalia Momberg scored their first world cup try.
Unfortunately, they lost the game against England 72 -4.
